Who I am

Alfred Kuoljok, trading as Briteflow Automation, in Leiden. Email: alfred@briteflowautomation.com.

What the form sends me, and why

Your name, work email, company and message. I use them only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked.

The legal basis is your own request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) or, for a general question, my legitimate interest in answering it (article 6(1)(f)).

I don't add you to any mailing list, and I don't write to you about anything you didn't ask about.

How long I keep it

Until 12 months after the last email between us. Then I delete it.

If you become a client, the agreement and invoices are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.

Who else sees it

Google, which runs my email and sends me the form. The site runs on Railway, so the form passes through its servers on the way, but isn't stored there. Both work for me under a data processing agreement. Nobody else sees it, and I don't sell or share it.

The calculator

The numbers you type stay in your browser. I only see them if you send them with the form. A link you copy carries them in its address, so whoever you send it to sees them too.

Visit statistics

I count visits with Plausible. It sets no cookies and keeps no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, to limit or object to how I use it, or to get a copy of it. Email me and I'll answer within a month.

You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

No decision about you is made automatically.
